"The South"

Lily and I had the great opportunity to go to "The South" for a week. We spent a few days at my brother's house (Mike) in Atlanta and a few days with our very good friends (Carl and Kristen Gaufin) in Alabama. Here are some pictures of our journeys:

Waiting at the airport, in Fresno, at the beginning of our trip!

 Her first plane ride!

 My adorable niece Ginger!
 My stinkin' cute nephew Wyatt

 My handsome nephew Shane
We had a picnic dinner at the park.

Then we drove 2.5 hours across the Georgia/Alabama border to the visit the Gaufins.
 Connor (almost 4 yrs old)

 Tyler (2 yrs old)

They played remarkably well together. We REALLY enjoyed our visit with them!
Then we made our way back to Georgia to play with the family some more!

We went to a local farm and got to look/pet some animals. Lily was in heaven!

My big brother Mike and his wonderful wife Briana!

Then it was time to head home and this is how Lily spent the last leg of our trip on the plane!

Brian's Birthday Gift

Brian was VERY close to his Grandpa Hatch. Grandpa Hatch owned a cattle ranch and had a special, prized bull. There has been a painting of this prized bull floating around for quite some time so I finally got it professionally framed. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out!
(May seem silly to some, to frame a painting of a bull,
but it's something that's very dear to Brian's heart!)

The Hills Are Alive.....with the Sound of Music

The past few months, my Mom has been rehearsing for the community theater production of "The Sound of Music". She was Mother Abbess and quite the show stopper, if I might say so myself!

Brian's 31st Birthday

For Brian's birthday, this year, we spent the day in Yosemite National Park with his brother David and David's fiance Jennifer. Here are some pictures of our adventure:
