What We've Been Up to Lately....

I know it's been awhile since I've posted. I've been busy with things here and there. Here are a few pictures of our 'adventures'

One week, while Brian was gone, I had REALLY rough time! I was so stressed with 3 callings, teaching 11 piano students, dealing with a fussy, teething 15 month old, and missing my hubby terribly! When Brian came home he brought me these!

Lily has become quite the character these days! She LOVES to play with her food. She was making laugh so hard that night, I don't even remember what it was about but it was FUNNY!

We recently received something in a large box and Brian made Lily a little 'house' out of it. It has a garage door and a window with shutters and a flower box. She loves to keep her soccer ball and dolls in it.

I've started another Biggest Loser with my family. I've been doing pretty good. I lost 9lbs in the first month. I've been trying to exercise 5 days a week, and eat healthier meals in smaller portions. (I have a hard time controlling myself when it comes to ice cream and BREAD!) We made individual pizzas the other night and this was my creation: homemade dough with a pink sauce (pizza sauce with a hint of ranch dressing......which was to DIE for!!!) topped with 2 bell peppers (one red, one green), onion, fresh baby spinach, thinly sliced zucchini, and a little bit of cheese sprinkled on top. IT WAS HEAVEN!!! I had left overs for 3 days, I wish it didn't end! I now know what I'm going to do from now on when it comes to making pizza!

I recently babysat my neighbor's 1 month old baby boy. He is so sweet. Lily seemed to enjoy having him around too. She talked with him, shared her toys with him, helped (me) rock his car seat to put him to sleep and could NOT get enough looking and saying "oooooh" at him! Whenever the time comes, I think she'll be a great big sister!
I've recently been released as 1st Counselor in YW (only have to worry about ward organist and choir accompanist) and can relax and be able to post a little more regularly! :)

Your pizza looks delicious!!

Boxes are our kids favorite toys too. I'm not sure they will grow out of it ever . . . Jerry still really likes boxes!!

Congrats on the recent release . . . hopefully things will be less stressful now!
